How to Qualify:
1.    Spend R400 or more in a single transaction on the Toughees online store.
2.    The qualifying basket value must be reached after discounts have been applied and excludes delivery charges.
3.    Qualifying customers will receive one (1) free Toughees Pencil Case.

General Terms:
1.    The promotion is available exclusively on purchases made through the Toughees online store.
2.    Only one (1) free pencil case may be redeemed per qualifying order.
3.    The free gift is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
4.    The promotion is valid while stocks last.
5.    A total of 423 pencil cases are available for this promotion.
6.    If the promotional stock is depleted before the end date, the promotion will automatically end.
7.    Returned or cancelled orders that reduce the qualifying spend below R400 may result in the free gift being forfeited or its value being deducted from any refund due.
8.    Toughees reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require such substitution.
9.    Toughees reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
