Black November – Online Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. General
- The Black November Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid exclusively on www.Toughees.co.za from 14 November 2025 to 1 December 2025, or while stocks last.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Toughees South Africa reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Promotion — including changes to dates, pricing, discounts, or product availability — at any time and without prior notice. In the event of such a change, customers will be notified via the website or email where possible.
- All decisions made by Toughees South Africa regarding the Promotion are final and binding in accordance with applicable South African legislation.
2. Offers Included
During the promotional period, the following online-only offers will apply:
a. Up to 25% Off Selected Styles
- Discount applies only to styles specifically marked as part of the Black November campaign.
- The discount is automatically reflected in the price displayed online and at checkout.
- Offer valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with any other voucher, coupon, or promotional code.
b. Get 25% Off Sneakers with Any Full-Priced School Shoe Purchase
- Offer valid only when a full-priced school shoe and a qualifying sneaker are purchased together in the same transaction.
- The 25% discount will automatically apply to the sneaker at checkout.
- Offer valid per transaction (e.g. 2 pairs of school shoes + 2 sneakers = 2 discounts applied).
- Discount cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offer.
- If either item is returned, both products purchased as part of the promotion must be returned together for an exchange or refund to be processed.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Promotional items can be exchanged in line with the Toughees Online Returns Policy, provided the product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- For combined offers (e.g. “Get 25% Off Sneakers with Any Full-Priced School Shoe”), both items must be returned together for the return or exchange to be valid.
- Refunds will reflect the actual amount paid (after discounts), not the original full price.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Availability
- All promotional offers are valid while stocks last.
- Certain sizes, colours, or styles may sell out quickly.
- No rainchecks or backorders will be accepted during the Promotion period.
5. Exclusions
- The Promotion excludes gift cards, accessories, and new product releases, unless otherwise specified.
- Loyalty vouchers, discount codes, or any other promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with these deals.
6. Amendments, Errors & Delivery Delays

Toughees South Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. In the event of such a change, customers will be informed via the website or email where possible.

Errors and omissions are excepted. Toughees South Africa will not be held responsible for any typographical errors, technical issues, or system malfunctions that may affect pricing, product information, or promotional availability on the website. In such cases, Toughees reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or amend affected orders where necessary, with full communication to the customer.
- Due to high order volumes during the Black November period, delivery and fulfilment times may be longer than usual. Every effort will be made to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur, and customers will be notified where possible.
