Back-to-School Delivery & Exchange Notice

With most schools returning on 14 January 2026, we anticipate a significant increase in order volumes during the Back-to-School (BTS) period.

To give your order the best possible chance of arriving before schools reopen, we strongly recommend placing your order on or before 5 January 2026. Orders placed after this date will still be processed; however, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before the start of the school term.

Please note that our Distribution Centre (DC) will be closed on 31 December 2025 and 2 January 2026. As a result, no orders will be dispatched on these dates, and order processing times may be slightly extended around this period.

Customers in outlying or remote areas should allow additional delivery time, as courier networks experience increased pressure during the BTS season.

Exchanges

Due to the high volume of orders during the Back-to-School period, exchanges may take up to 14 working days to process once the item has been received at our DC. To help avoid delays or the need for an exchange, we strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
